Default 3.5L snorkel seal

Looks like Saturn no longer makes 22710603, the seal between the snorkel and the throttle body. Those things get chewed up pretty bad trying to slide with snorkel in with the interference of the fuse box. I hope any rubber bits of it haven't broken off and migrated past the TB.

Does anyone know of a source for this part?

Tried googling the part number? Google returned various GM parts sites no longer stocking this part but these two sites still lists them;

http://oemcats.com/oem-parts/22710603.html

I did do that. The first place I was suspicious of but I donít think I tried the second on you show.

Curious what other people are doing.

I donít think mine is quite leaking yet but it would be an automatic smog failure because itís torn.

First website doesnít actually sell parts. When you go to ďcheckoutĒ they list dealerships who sell gm parts. So theyíre just a referral and donít track inventory.

I was looking at some of the Honda Pilot 3.5
videos on youtube. Their snorkel is different but that rubber connecting piece looks the same to me. Just sayin...

My bad as I thought these search sites were easy to find and stopped at the first page without trying to enter, add to cart and checkout, only to find it more tedious to go to every link and search again to find a part discontinued....... The second link to Boston GM parts died as I tried going further to attempt ordering.

If you truly cannot find a replacement whether from used parts sources, ebay, craigslist, members knowing junk yards with known Vue parts than can help locate the exact replacement, my guess is a custom made one from whatever's available......... While yours is slowly deteriorating, you can measure for dimensions and type of flex/fixed material (plastic, poly, rubber, abs, etc) and search for something that can fit. I realize it's easy to suggest a solution but I always thought "if there's a will there's a way" to a solution, even with some parts that are discontinued yet isn't the end of the world as long as a substitute can be made (difficulty in custom making a part aside).

That aftermarket assembly is missing the port for the emissions house on the boot.

But if it doesnít match the diagram under the hood how do you pass smog? The diagram shows the hose connecting on the rubber boot.

The metal tube still has the same air flowing through it. Doubt the fact its 6 inches farther from the throttle body makes a difference. I assume the manufacturer took this into account.

Pick n pull appears to be the only source that will pass smog.
