Default 99 Saturn SL - quick parts up for grabs

After 209k miles and 19 years, the Saturn gods have decided that my 1999 SL1 was no longer meant for this world.

Some mystery hit and run driver destroyed the car while I was away for the weekend and she is officially totaled.

If anyone would like to have any of the smaller parts and are in the Philadelphia area, let me know and if its easy to pull its yours for free. If you're not in the area and the part is easy to ship, I'm happy to do so.

It will be towed away for good this week. the insurance company is giving me an extra ~$200 for me selling the car to them. I doubt they will be happy if I pull large body panels (the ones that aren't destroyed, anyway), but I don't think they would care about other smaller parts that may be difficult for you to find.

This community basically made it possible for me to learn and not go totally bankrupt. This is kind of my way of saying thanks and paying it forward if possible.

I didn't think this belonged in the classifieds, but if so, I apologize.

If you can pull out the door ajar switches ( black telescoping barrel type that are low in the door jambs which access to is by the need to pull the seatbelt reel units out to get to them which requires a large star nut socket) - they are no longer available anywhere except for one guy wanting 90.00 for his last one. If you pull one I will pay you $20.00 for one, 30.00 for two and 35.00 for three. I am not sure how many of these are on one car.

I would be interested in the cluster bulbs and all of the fuses and relays, but do not know when I would be able to get down to philly. I am in Quakertown, just below Allentown.

Sooooooo....what condition is the front bumper cover in? Also, is it body color or the black matte plastic?

There are 4. I just pulled them all, and labeled them according to the door they were removed from (though it appears that they are all identical. $40? PM me and we'll sort it out.

The bumper is that medium gray color, though I don't think I should pull major body parts anyway, since the insurance company is buying it from me, after all.

They are only buying it for $200 though, so if you want the rest of the car for that much, its yours.

Edit: recognize, however, that it is not drive-able. Unless you have access to a tow truck, its unlikely to be worth the expense.

I just pulled the bulbs and fuses. If you want to cover shipping I'm happy to mail them to you.

The car has been towed away. I don't see any ability to modify the original post at the moment, but I wanted to put a message up at least saying that parts are no longer available.

If a mod or admin sees this, feel free to remove the thread or modify the original post saying as much.

Thanks everyone!
