Change the coils and if you also picked up An ICM change that also. As there is only #4 that is misfiring this is either an ignition or injector problem. Plug wires could also be the cause. If they are not new change those also.

Ok. I picked up the 2 coils, the ICM, and new plug wires so i'll change it all. BTW the compression looks ok right ? Thanx

Compression looks good and the first 3 plugs are good and #4 is only slightly cold from misfires.
