hood latch frozen 2008 Vue

My hood latch froze every time the temperature went below freezing. There is a service bulletin on this and it recommends re-routing the cable. I had this done and so far no problems.

My 08 Vue's hood latch has been broken almost since day 1. Where did you see this service bulletin?
