2003 ION-3 Quad Coupe

![]() Hey all,
I've got a Delphi SkyFi2 XM receiver and the direct wire kit that connects it to the FM antenna lead for better signal quality. Call me stupid, but I can't figure out how to get to the antenna lead in my 2003 QC, and I haven't been able to find any diagrams or anything online. Any suggestions? That is all.

![]() Um, my bad, I should've phrased the question differently. It's not that I don't know where the antenna lead is, but that I can't figure out how to get to it. I gather I need to disassemble part of the dash since my deck is rear-installed, but I've only found two screws (near the floor to either side of the center console) and they didn't help at all...
So basically, I need a diagram or walkthrough or getting started guide or *something* to help me get the dash apart so I can get to the lead. That is all.

![]() If no one comes up with a how-to by tonight, I'll try and remember and look it up in the FSM.

![]() Ok, looked it up in the FSM. It looks very easy.
1. Pull out the accessory trim plate in order to release the retaining fasteners. (In english, unsnap the silver trim panel that surrounds the radio and HVAC controls.) 2. Disconnect the accessory trim plate electrical connections. (disconnect the electrical connector to the two switches) 3. Remove the two screws from the radio and pull the radio out 4. Disconnect the radio electrical connectors and remove the radio.
