Default low idlel

I have fooled around with my few for a while due to a dealership selling me the wrong transmission fluid, i have had to take the battery lose, I currently have a low idle, to the point that when my radiator fan comes up, it makes the vehicle trip into the reduced power setting.. I see lots of stuff about the low power on these, and im sure that my fan is to blame, how do i set my idle up, or i heard you can turn the ignition on for 10 seconds, and then turn it off, what is the actual process, i would like to try it.

REWARD EXCELLENCE!

I posted "idle learn" information in your Saturn Vue - Vue Tech post.
