a targeted mailer for services

Today in the mailbox was a Fall/Winter service flyer with specials from Saturn of Hadley (where I bought my L100). I opened it up and was shocked to see the current specials. You have to give Saturn corp and or Saturn of Haldey for the specials offered, as they hit home with me. My personal favorite is the recommened every 50,000 miles "Reduce Steering Noise and Wear" for $89.95. Is this directed to me with my L rack problems or what!! In fact they did this service last week to mask another rack issue with my L100. Next favorite is the "Does your car use/lose oil" special for $99.99 or how about the "Service Engine Soon" light special for $29.99.

Some of these hit home!!! What a well designed and thought out offer of services.
