1995 SL2
Default Fuel System Operational Pressure Test

Fuel System Operational Pressure Test: 1995 SL 2

SOHC/DOHC engine at idle:
Min system pressure > 31 psi
Max system pressure > 36 psi

SOHC/DOHC engine with key on / engine off:
Min system pressure > 38 psi
Max system pressure > 44 psi

BTW, the fuel rail pressure regulator can be functionally checked by removing the vacuum line, at the regulator, with the engine's rpm at idle. The pressure should vary from 6-10 psi.

> 95 SL 2 = 653,369 Miles 40.4 MPG, as of 5/20/11. My manual Radiator Fan Switch, courtesy of Wolfman's patient installation guidance, continues to be.......invaluable < The car was retired
