Default L 100(2001) 5 position fan switch

hi sages - on the fan switch on the lower dashboard switch position 3 often does not work or works intermittently. the other positions all work. figure switch is shot or contacts burnt. is the job straight forward after you take off the bezel? how about a short tutorial. figure the part is supercharged at the dealership so autozone or ebay would be the best reasonable source. what think you? thanks tons bob f

For heater/AC control? If so I changed mine last year, Easy job. Rockauto or Ebay is best bet.

hi dsaturn- going to do the blower switch replacement next week. got a good deal on a new ac delco switch from carid and it should be delivered on 6/11. want to complete the r and r that day so want to be sure of the procedure. with the bezel off and the 3 screws holding the heater control unit taken out, how do you disconnect that unit and take out the switch? looks fragile . does the switch have clips to remove it and then it slides out from the back? thanks tons ds, bob f.
