Default what are the timing belt tensioner bolt and idler pulley bolt torque values

Help, can someone please tell me what the correct torque values are for these two bolts. I changed my timing belt yesterday using the Haynes manual which stated 15 lb/ft. for the timing belt tensioner bolt and 18 lb/ft for the idler pulley bolt. I used red thread locker on both. The car seems to run fine. Today i read the little instruction page that came with the Gates timing belt kit. It states that the tensioner bolt should be torqued to 40 lbs/ft and 37 lbs/ft for the idler bolt. Quite a difference from the Haynes values and they aren't even proportional to each other. Now i'm trying to find if i need to tear everything back down to tighten up those bolts. Can someone confirm what the correct values are.

Thanks, Gary
