Heart Thank you!

I just wanted to say thank you for helping me in previous threads, the car is officially dead. The oil mysteriously disappeared over night with no puddle in the parking lot and seized on the way to work. I enjoyed my short stay on this forum and thank you for everything!

REWARD EXCELLENCE!

Still paying off this one, I would like to find the person who drained the oil or how it emptyed from full overnight.

Had that happen on a lawnmower once. My figuring is that when I checked the oil, it appeared full because it was oil splash on the dipstick, when it is actually had very little oil in it.
Since you are still paying on it, you may as well get a junkyard engine and throw it in the car. Get a 12pak of beer and a cherry picker, pop the old one out and drop the used one in.

Well, that sucks. You were just getting things sorted out, too.

+1 on the engine - probably cheaper than another car. JY or look on Craigslist for Saturns that were in rear end / side accidents and part outs.

How were your checking the oil? I bet it burned away until there was not any left and then the engine seized. Oil does not disappear overnight without a puddle, even in the worst of oil burners.

...And unless you have some serious enemies, no one drained it. There's a perfectly good CAT to steal right next to where they would be to drain the oil.
