The other night I was playing around with my 2004 Ion 2.2 QC, burned out a little, and somehow managed to snap the Refrigerant Pressure Sensor in half. Car threw the p0107 DTC and started running rough and hesitating. Upon finding the broken sensor, I replaced it, and the car ran better but still had hesitation and the CEL was still on. I replaced the MAP sensor, believing it to be the problem. After replacing the MAP sensor, the car will not start. It turns over strong but just can't seem to run. I've tried searching these forums and others, but my problem seems to be unique. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Not much info is given here. The a/c pressure sensor affects the a/c system only - a broken one simply won't affect a/c operation unless the break leaks refrigerant gas and oil. This has no effect on the engine creating P0107; map sensor issue.
1-What does "burned out a little" mean? 2-Mileage, maintenance done, parts replaced? |

Turned out to be a loose electrical connection at the alternator, which I had replaced about a week ago. Thank you for the fast reply.
