Thick, huge gray rubber mats. four mats for $20 at sam's club. They're GREAT. Tons of capacity for stones/water/stuff.

I have the Saturn all-weather mats. They have a nice design that holds plenty of water, mud, stones, etc. The mats have rubber nibs on the bottom that help it stay in place.

I have the carpeted mats that came with the VUE and for the most part they stay in place better than other vehicles I've had (that came with mats). We'll see in a year or so when the rubber hardens and the spikes begin to break off.

I am looking into rubber mats. Any recommendations? Are the Saturn rubber mats pretty good and what do they cost? Thanks. JD

I have floor mats???

hehe... no, really, I have the stock carpet ones, and they stay in place a lot better. But I wish I had spent the extra money on saturn's all weather rubber mats. I get a lot of junk on the carpet wones working and it gets hard to clean them and the carpet sometimes.

I have the Saturn carpeted mats that came with the Vue. No problem with them sliding around. I actually like them and that "new carpet" smell I still have when I get into my Vue. The only quirk I have with them is that I like to lay my left foot up all the way to the left of the brake, against the plastic interior panel (habit from the old car I suppose) and these mats have the floor carpet exposed there. That would get awfully dirty if I keep putting my foot there, or even worse, like I've seen in other cars, after a while the carpet may even wear. My other car has a cushiony rubber pad there for your foot. I decided to pick up one of those cheapo $1 mat sets at Walmart, cut it to size, and nestled it under the Saturn mat to protect that area. It stays in place and I don't have to worry about permenently destroying my carpet there. Otherwise, I like the carpeted mats and may consider something else after these get worn or really old and dirty.

I had the carpet mats and they got dirty. I bought the Saturn rubber mats and they work alright for a while. Yes, they held a lot of water and dirt, but they didn't cover enough of the floor area for me. So, I went and bought Husky liners. Yes, the Husky liners are $$$, but they cover just about the whole footwell. As long as they are available for the next vehicle I purchase, they will be one of the first things I buy. Definitely worth the money - but again, pretty pricey. Yes, they stay in place.

same here.....they replaced the Saturn rubber mats due to the driver's mat not staying in place....it would shift to the right, got tired of repositioning it all the time

I have the standard Saturn carpeted mats that came with the vehicle but also covered them with big rubber mats from Canadian Tire and they cover pretty much everything. Reversible too summer and winter. They are a must if you drive with work boots on and visit construction sites. THey also stay in place very well.

The sam's club ones (if you have that store in your area) cut to size very nicely, and they look stock.

Cheap too.
