Default Rejoice! There is finally a decent 235/60-17 tire option!

I searched and didn't find this anywhere, so I'd figured I'd share what I just found on the TireRack site.

Goodyear is finally making the Fortera TripleTread in 235/60-17.

REWARD EXCELLENCE!

The Kumho Solus KH16 has been available for a while and it's about $70 cheaper per tire. The Fortera is a great tire though.

Cheers,

I have the kumho,s & they are an amazing tire for the price. the only bad part is breaking on snow/ice is brutal.

Not much snow in Houston, Texas, so my Kumho KH 16s 235/60 -17 have worked well for the 15,000+ miles that I have on them.

Yep. In a warmer climate that's a no brainer.
