Saturn S Clutch Change Checklist
The attached PDF is a checklist of steps for replacing a clutch in my 2002 SC2 at 180,000 miles. I checked many forum threads and viewed many videos before doing the job, and the checklist does not attempt to replace that advice or a FSM. The checklist is an aid "punch list" to perhaps help members of the brotherhood tackle the job. Listed on the checklist are bolt/wrench sizes to reduce some of the frustration crawling around during the task. Be sure to read the notes toward the end of the list! Enjoy.

Thanks - about to do my clutch. Plus I am going to rebuild the engine and replace the subframe.
JMilroy, I see you have a UH60 avatar. Do you fly or maintain them? I am ex-Sikorsky.

HH-60 Jayhawk out of Elizabeth City Coast Guard Station pulled 26 men off a sinking passenger liner, counting the four man crew, 30 souls on board.
