Idea Unknown Noise 00 SL1 Please LOOK!

The problem is on a 00 SL1 with 80,000 miles. I have read many other posts about squeeling noise come from the tensoner/ idler pully bearing. Their decriptions are a loud squeal.
My noise is more of whinning than squeal. It is quite enough not to be noticed at idle, but as the rpms rise the whinning gets stronger. And if I'm not mistaken it may only be under load. Not sure.
So could my problem be the tensioner or idler pully? This is what i am thinking of doing. Remove serpentine belt, turn all pulleys and check for any hard turning pulleys or play in them. Any thoughts? Thanks.

REWARD EXCELLENCE!

I said this before, but my Idler pulley made my car sound like a diesel. Very easy to diagnose after you take off the belt.
