Default CODE: 54 soft flag - URef shorted to ground?

What does this mean? I just got everthing back together from doing the head gasket. I check over everything and ill looks like everything is connected. I'm also throwing a Code 22 Throttle position sensor is to low and Code 35 idel speed error. Both sensors are plugged in and worked fine before everything was taken apart. Whats going on?

Given that it's unlikely that both the IAC and the TPS went out and given that you've done extensive work on the engine, I'd take a real close look at the wiring going to the throttle body. Sounds like something got pinched somewhere.

I hope you didn't change the head gasket because of oil in coolant. If it was, I hope you had your cylinder head pressure tested.

I didnt have oil in my coolant. And I bought a remanufactured cylinder head cuz i didn't want to waste time having it shaved, pressure tested, fluxed, and all the rest of the crap you have to do.
