Default Hesitation at 60- 70 MPH once every minute

Iíve be driving my Momís SL2 1998 and noticed that around 65 MPH I get a hesitation and its sounds like a sneeze coming from the engine on the passenger side. Any suggestion and is it go ok to drive? I donít want to get stranded.

Hesitation or stalling at highway speeds usually means the fuel filter may need replaced.
