Default 3.5L tee fitting for coolant hose

The original hose from the tank to the heater block has a molded tee fitting that tees off to the block. That hose is no longer available. YOu can buy the individual hoses but would need to come up with your own tee fitting. Curious if anyone has found an exact fit. Is it just a 5/8" tee? Maybe this?
