Transmission oil cooler lines
I have a 2003 VUE AWD 3.0L. It has 126K on it with the full monty at 100K (mechanic was impressed with condition at 100K) At any rate, have noticed a drip of trans fluid at the point where the oil lines attach to the transmission. The oil lines end in a plate (of sorts) which is attached to the trans with one stud/nut combo, at this attachment point there is a gasket, which I believe to be the leak source.
Question: Where do I find information for changing said gasket, and will it involve a major fluid change? I'm hoping for a quick change with a minor top off of fluid
Please bear with, as I'm a new-B here on the forum with minimal mechanical knowledge of the Saturn.
