Default My 91 SC died please help!!

I'm new to this so i'll say sorry in advance. Here's what happened, my car was running fine 2 weeks ago. I went to the store when I came back out it started right up and then immediately died as if I turned the ignition back off.
Here's what i've done so far. Checked for spark at coil packs good. So I've eliminated the CPS.
Replaced the ECTS. The old one was broken, but no help.
Replaced spark plugs.
Cleaned Throttlebody and EGR. No help.
Changed Fuel Filter, performed Fuel Pressure check, had 46 PSI w/key on engine off (since it will not start).
I've checked every fuse and relay and Fuel Pump Does operate for 2-3 seconds after turning the key on. Also I used a jumper wire to keep the fuel pump running and when it reaches 46 PSI I can hear it going through the fuel return line back to the gas tank.
It will run on starting fluid, So I checked FUEL INJECTORS all have 12V to them and used a test light to determine that the PCM is pulsing the injectors.
So i'm at a total loss what to do next any help would be very much appreciated. THANKS in advance

A '91? Pull the plugs to check for fuel on them to verify injectors operating. Old school methods of smelling or feeling for gasoline in the right places backs up other checks. Be sure of fuel being injected to each cylinder as this will eliminate fuel and spark as the main issues, leaving a very tired engine.

How many miles? A compression test is needed, wet and dry.

Update! I just pulled the connector from injector #1 to check voltage and to double check that the PCM is pulsing the injectors, but this time my car started with it unplugged and as soon as I plugged it back in it died. What causes this and how do I fix it.

A shorted injector? Try another injector disconnected or measure the suspect one for a short. Use the other injectors as a basis for comparison.

How do I check to see if I have a shorted injector? Also I don't understand what you mean by use the other injectors as a base comparison.
But I did disconnect injector 1 and 2 and my car started. I then connected injector #2 and my car still ran, but as soon as I connect injector #1 it dies.
What should I do next?
Thanks for your help so far!

Using a digital multimeter read the resistance of the bad injector terminal to ground. Then compare it to an injector that's working properly. A dead short will read 0 or very close to 0 ohms...
