Default Painting wiper arms?

Anyone done this? The black on my wiper arms is starting to fade, and i doubt any sort of all in one polish will fix them.

Anyone got any preferred paint that will stand up to a few years in the sun? I painted the arms on my old Explorer and they came out fine, but ended up still fading with time. I didn't use any clearcoat or special paint on them though.

Duplicolor trim paint works very well. Works pretty good on the door frames around the glass, outer belt strip at the base of the door glass, and touch ups on the spaceframe as well.

I've used that on my 92 SC and 96 SC2 door trim when the black flaked off. Works great!

Any decent quality spray paint will do.

Just take 'em off before you try to spray them. You laugh, but I've seen knuckleheads do things like that on small touch-up parts that could easily be removed, but instead they thought it would be a better idea to get overspray all over the rest of the car.

Just yesterday I parked next to an Econoline van where the owner decided it would be easier to paint half of his tail light lens white than remove the lens assembly when he covered over a rust spot on a body panel with dollar store spraypaint....
