Default Heater Problems

All of a sudden yesterday my heater is not working in my saturn ion anyone have any ideas of what to do next i have had enought of replacing and fixing so i am hoping i can get this fixed without having to go to another mechanic and spending more money i don't have
any suggestions????

you gave us no info. is your engine on? what isn't working about it? you give us nothing, and that's all the guessing I'm going to do

I'll jump in and try and read lori7anne's mind.

First. Welcome to the forum. You may find some searching on the forums will find results that are similar to your own.

On some IONs there is/was issues with the Control knobs becoming "uncalibrated" and they wouldn't correspond to the indicated position. (Replacement resolved this) There is also the possibility that the Vent Doors have become JAMMED and are not allowing hot/cold air to get to the proper pathways. (Which required removing the dash and pulling out/replacing the material that was jamming the doors. Rather expensive.)

Now please give us more information if you'd like additional help on this subject.
