Default clunking noise in front end

Just had lower ball joints installed on my 1997 SL1 and now occasionally there is a clunk when I turn the wheel hard to the left or right. This doesn't happen everytime, just occasionally.
Checked the front end and everything seems tight. No shimmy or anything like that. Car handles very well in fact, just an occasional clunk.
Any suggestions??

I would check the bushings on the sway bar. On these cars the sway bar just rides in a hole in the control arm, and if when they were replacing the control arms, ripped a bushing, that would be your noise on hard turns.

I have the same thing. Are you talking about the bushings in the control are itself or the other bushings on the sway bar?
