Mad Rattling noise is still there

HELP.

When the A/C is turned on I hear a rattling noise. When I turn the wheel hard right or left something rattles.

All this happened after I changed the tensioner pulley and idle pulley.

I changed the upper motor mount, no help.

HELP

Double check to make sure the idler pulley and tensioner are on tight and correct. Also check the power steering pump mounting bushings. Easy way to do that is to grab a hold of the cold (not freshly run) pump and try to move it back/forth side to side, if it moves...you need to replace the mounting bushings. Also look at all the pulleys on the running engine with the a/c on and see if any are wobbling..if any are you have found your problem.

I'll check the power steering pump bushing, i didn't know there was such a thing. Thx. The tensioner and idler pulley are fine.

There are no power steering pump mount bushings. The pump is bolted directly to a bracket which is in turn bolted directly the engine. Is the rattle there on full turn with the A/C off? You say that you changed the tensioner pulley, was it just the pulley or the entire tensioner assembley?

Yes the noise is a FULL turn only with the AC off. and all the time with the ac on until I get rolling. I replaced the entire tensioner asmbl.

This still screams tensioner to me. BUT you've replaced it so? Try pulling the belt off of all the pulleys and see if any seem loose when you rock them or if they feel rough when you turn them. I assume that the belt is good. Recheck the tensioner and idler bolts to if if they are tight enough. Watch that you don't over tighten the idler bolt because over tightening it can break the shaft on the timing cover that it slides onto.
