Default 96 SL2 Alignment Questions

I have a few questions about my alignment. I recently took my car to a local shop for a front end alignment for $60. The guy told me I need a 4 wheel alignment which is only $10 more. He then tells me that I need some aftermarket camber kits for the rear wheels and he needs to remove my strut to elongate the holes to fix the caster on the driver front wheel. Total bill now is $300. Is this normal stuff or is he trying to take me for a ride? Here are the alignment readings he gave me.

Left Front Right Front

Camber -0.4 -0.5

Caster 2.7 2.5

Toe 0.04 0.07

Left Rear Right Rear

Camber -1.4 -1.2

Toe 0.17 0.25

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
