2002 L-Series 3.0L Sedan

I want to replace the two trailing arm bushings on the rear of vehicle. Not the ones on knuckles but two bigger ones. Does anyone have any advice on how to get these off and on? Is this a fairly straightforward job?

Lots of post on here about that. Do a search. Probably youtube vids on it also. Saab and an Opel also use same suspension.

I replaced these bushings and they were a pain in the ass. I used a homemade puller, heat and a saw to get the job done. Maybe a hammer as well lol. Also if you make the control arm before dropping it an alignment will not be needed or at least I didn't need one.
