Trailing arm bushing

I want to replace the two trailing arm bushings on the rear of vehicle. Not the ones on knuckles but two bigger ones. Does anyone have any advice on how to get these off and on? Is this a fairly straightforward job?

Lots of post on here about that. Do a search. Probably youtube vids on it also. Saab and an Opel also use same suspension.

According to my FSM it's fairly straight forward, just labor intensive. The whole "Rear Axle Control Arm" (as described in the FSM [Trailing Link]) must be removed. The (front) bracket bolt and nut are removed and they are to be replaced, not reused. The large front bushing is to be pressed out using the following factory tools: KM-671, KM-906-41, and KM906-44. The following tools are used to install the replacement bushing: KM-671, KM-906-42, and KM-906-43.

An alignment is required to be performed after this work has been completed.

I replaced these bushings and they were a pain in the ass. I used a homemade puller, heat and a saw to get the job done. Maybe a hammer as well lol. Also if you make the control arm before dropping it an alignment will not be needed or at least I didn't need one.
