L automatic front and rear door lock actuators

My 2000 LW300 had both the front and rear automatic door actuators replaced around 30000mi...due to the fact that they would not lock consistently unless the remote or inside automatic switch was pressed twice. The problem being if you did not visually check the lock indicators, typically a rear lock would not fully engage...the car door could then be opened setting off the alarm. Now at 67000 miles the same thing is happening...wondering if any one else has had this problem?
