Default p0401 code, lets resolve this

Alright guys. I've been reading up the past month. So im going to begin this with the cleaning and then replacing.

Can I get some directions or links on cleaning these bad boys? I just ordered new ECTS. So stoked on fixing my 97 sc1. Not bad for a first car
