15"x6.5" wheels and stock size tires

I'm giving thought of putting some aftermarket 15" wheels on my ride. The ones I'm thinking about are Konig Heliums. They're less than 11 pounds each, about 5 pounds less stock alloys I think. Anyway, I'd want to transfer my current tires over. I think the stock wheels are 15x6 but the other wheels are 15x6.5. Will this affect how the tire fits on the wheel such as slightly lowering the profile? Should I just save up the dough for 17" wheels and new tires?

putting the stock 195/60-15 or 185/65-15 on a 15x6.5" wheel is fine. what's the offset of these wheels you are getting? the stock 15x6 wheels are 50mm.
