Default clutch slave cylinder

Posted this on L series board was advised to post here.
Bought a L200 4 cyl 5 spd a year ago. On the way home from the purchase I lost the clutch. Turned out to be the slave cylinder. One year later almost to the week I am expeirancing clutch problems again. Replaced the clutch master cylinder, thinking it can't be the slave again and I find no leaks or loss of fluid. Well that did not correct the problem. Now it seems I can "pump up" the clutch and it will work for a while, but after a half hour on the interstate I am back to no pedal. Can anyone tell me is it the slave again, can't see anything else in the system that it could be. Also does anyone have a written procedure for replacing. i have seen several for S series on this site, but nothing for the L. Lastly does the bell housing need to be removed or just the trans.
