The only one of those I can help you with is "C", which says (in exact punctuation):

This label has been applied pursuant to Federal law -- Do not remove prior to delivery to the ultimate purchaser. *Includes Manufacturer's Recommended Pre-Delivery Service. Does not include dealer installed options and accessories, local taxes or license fees. (circled C copyright symbol) 1990 Saturn Corporation. All rights reserved.
PART NO. 21077439

(I don't know how to make the circled C copyright symbol on my pc.)

And as for "E", yes, an auto had a higher base price. I just don't know exactly how much in 1996.

The sticker is 12 inches by 10 inches. The front is dull and the back is a little shiny, kind of like wax paper. I don't know the exact cost of the automatic either but as I recall, it was about $900

Not sure of the price for 96 but for 1991 it was $695 according to my 1990 Press Release kit.

That's pretty good.

My scanner isn't big enough to scan all of the sticker. I tried scanning it in two scans and putting the images together. I'm using a Linux app and can't figure out how to get a good alignment of the two images. Here's the result.

It looks like it lost some resolution going through photobucket. I could email the two images if you'd like. You probably could do a better job of merging them than I've done.

A) My understanding on A as referenced in your photo was the Plant Sequence Number that Spring Hill used in building the cars.

B) I'm not sure what you mean by "Re-Get" what dealer your car was delivered to? Are you meaning, which dealership your car was delivered to?

C) Not sure, but most likely all of the copyright information and generaleze.

D) This may be another plant code for something, but I am not sure what the meanings behind the HL and series of numbers mean.

A) okay so likely hood of finding this not likely (it was suggested to me to use the last 6 of the vin)
order number- what do you suggest?
order type- what do you suggest again?

B) ran to GM dealership, and got 23 pages worth of work done on my car at Saturn of Appleton (last being in 2007 with 109k which means car has sat for a bit bought it in 2010 with 114k) {i'm making up for that :P at 120k right now} so I called EX- Saturn of Appleton and got information from them and the car was bought by a lady originally and stayed there till 2007. They are trying to find their Saturn facility number for me (lets hope they come though)

D) probably can't find even what the HL stands for have asked at dealers and they've been no help (what should i put?)

E) any help on base price difference from auto to manual in 96?

Here's millage difference (with comparison to new millage) from here:
http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/calcu...umn=1&id=12911

Manual

Auto

And both Sid and Cola that helps its white not grey like i have in the mock up.....

What I would like to be able to do is make it (they way that its shaping up)-
to get all the information from every year.... (another thread to come) so that anyone who wants to produce their own sticker, all they have to do is chose Year model and then add in the chose from the options that are installed on the car and then be able to print out the window sticker on their own

I'm not sure what the SEQ. # is, but in looking at my window sticker and others posted in various threads on this site, I know it doesn't match any part of the VIN # right below it.

As for the Ion wheels, thanks, but I have a set. However, if I had a need for another set, I'd definitely look into those. That doesn't sound like a bad price if they're in good shape.

The cargo cover was a dealer installed option that didn't show up on the factory sticker.

(RYJ COVERING,CARGO AREA,RETRACTABLE RETRACTABLE CARGO CVR(RYJ))

It was $100.00. I lost track of mine years ago.

Other dealer installed options (on my car):

armrest $109.00
roofrack $300.00
shaded door drip guards $92.00
mud guards $125.00

I know this doesn't help with the 1996 model year specifically, but here is a price list for the 1999 model year that I managed to hang onto since I bought my first Saturn in March of 1999.
