Noise from the front end

Hi all
just wondering if I can get some help with this
I am experiencng some noise from the front end of the car
Its almost like a bad ball joint or some thing simmilar
THE catech is it only comes in slow speeds and small bumps
Totally fine on big bumps and higher speeds
Any suggestions.....

Hey Amar,
This noise is very normal (or a common quirk) on these vehicles unless you keep all the front end suspension parts under frequent replacement plan.
Most of the time this noise is from very little play in controller arms and in many cases from the steering balljoints.
I wonder if there is a dampner nut/bolt on the steering assembly that can be tightened to adjust the play in the rack and pinion assembly ( I recollect seeing one when I was working in that area on my Vue).

This noise is most probably coming from the front struts, specifically the top plastic spring mounts. Try to lubricate with silicone spray through the openings on top of the strut dome (under the hood). Better stuff might be the T-9 Boeshield parafine lubricant suggested here by one member.
