Default Low Coolant Level Light on but Coolant is level when cold

2004 Vue 3.5L FWD. Coolant level light has been coming on but the coolant level is level when at cold temp. IS it because of bad coolant? Sensor bad?

Btw....I just turned 400K on this bad boy this weekend! Owned new since 2004!

Any help would be appreciated!

REWARD EXCELLENCE!
