Roof Rack Delete
Looking for anyone that has taken that roof rack completely off the roof of their Vue. In the process of painting mine and took mine off to paint the roof and thinking of leaving it off and just installing the screws that hold the side rails in place so there's no water intrusion. Any drawbacks besides the obvious ?? Thanks in advance

You just have to put the screws back in the hole. I put silicone on the threads to make sure the water didn't get it. Never had any issues in the 6+ years I've had them off.
