O2 sensor for saturn Aura XR v6 3.6L engine
I got a code for my O2 sensor and it says bank 2 sensor 2. I know that it's a downstream sensor (after the catalytic convertor) but I'm not sure which side bank 2 is for my car.

Bank numbering is based off which head has cylinder 1. Sensor numbering is based on how close to the head it is, 1 is nearest the exhaust ports while 4 is nearest the muffler.
In an S-Series there's only 1 head so there's no need to worry about complex things like which bank the O2 sensor is on. |
