2000 SL1
Default Trans stuck in gear, will not drive, no reverse

Have a 2000 SL1 and the automatic trans started hard shifting, then it would take awhile to engage, and now it started dropping out of gear and slam into a lower gear to the point that it feels like you slammed on the brakes. Finally got it home and noticed that the trans is stuck in (I think) 1st in all shifter positions, even park.
I have done the valve body swap and the new nut recommended repair when the car was purchased at 70,000 6years ago, it has 140,000 on it now.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank You

REWARD EXCELLENCE!
