Running stock struts with special rate smaller springs. Just trying to get all the camber I can(no rule).
Your PCM does NOT need to be flashed with a VIN to start your vehicle. GM did not introduce Passlock Gen-II, with BCM-controlled security systems on the S-Series, until the 2000 model year.

What you can do, because it is a STOCK PCM(technically), is use the 1997 SC2 AUTOMATIC PCM. With the build on your engine, you should probably dyno test it to see where your peak HP is at in terms of RPM. The reason I say to use the PCM from an automatic is to remove the 6,750rpm rev limiter.

The PCM Saturn P/N should be identical, except the production sticker will read "Auto" somewhere on it. Just like running the 1992 OEM header, this is a "stock" PCM, just as the "stock" exhaust manifold would be on the car.

You are probably being forced to shift before your peak HP, which means you are short shifting and dropping below peak torque rpm as well.

Oh, and without getting longer pedal travel, that Geo Storm TB will never achieve WOT. I found that out, at the drag strip, after I converted mine. There is slightly more pedal travel needed.
