Default 1993 Saturn SL2 Linkage Problem, Please Help!

I have a 1993 Satturn SL2 with a 1.9L L4 Engine and I'm having problems with the linkage in my Automatic Trans.

When it's in Park it's really in reverse and I have to put it in the gear N in order for it to start. The car will not start in Park. For some reason when I put the shifter in P it doesn't go into Park it's really Reverse.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this, I'm not sure how to adjust the linkage or if something else it the problem.

Any help would be grateful...
