Okay I noticed a lot of white smoke coming out of exhaust when I just pulled off to try and test it again. Cars running fine.

The white smoke, if it isn't a blown head gasket, would normally be first startup and humidity creating steam until the engine warms up. The steam is from overnight condensation settling in the exhaust system. After starting up, exhaust heat begins to heat up condensation and steam comes out the exhaust pipe. We see this during winter driving, less so in summer weather but under humid conditions exhaust steam will come out until the engine's fully warmed up and the exhaust system is too hot to touch. A blown head gasket will make coolant chocolate and motor oil milky with droplets on the dipstick.

How many miles on this engine? Plugs replaced recently? The video seems to show misfiring which can be from a list of things; worn plugs, corroded ignition coils intermittently sparking, plug wires worn to where arcing occurs (seen better at night), lost compression, fuel filter blocking fuel flow, worn out fuel pump, etc.

The check engine light may be from the disconnected intake air temperature sensor. Did you connect the coolant sensor connector to the intake air temperature sensor as suggested, leaving the sensor dangling for the startup test?
