According to the ad it the listing was ended by the seller because the item is no longer available. Probably sold locally to some fool. I'd be curious to know what he actually sold it for though!

I wouldn't pay over $100 for that thing, then I'd turn around and sell the parts to put it out of its misery.

Good thread. I found my car on Craigslist last month. I thought I did pretty good on it ($2,200).

Brooklyn Park, MN. 92 SC, 100K, 2 tone red/silver, automatic. $750.
Has new "breaks" but needs starter and alternator.
Not necessarily a deal but there are not a lot of 92 SCs around here.

Buy it and then part that poor thing out lol. You'd probably make money off of that.

Pisses me off. I bought my Ion from the same dealer for the same price, and this one has leather and upgraded sound system and mine has the "upgraded cloth" and that's about it. I think the only thing mine has on this one is a sunroof. Mine also had 53k on it, so a pretty good deal for this one.

Much-sought 5-speed SW2. They're selling it just 'cuz it needs a starter?

Oh, I'm sure it's an honest sale. Shoot, if I had the driveway space I'd consider buying it. But selling it just on account of a starter? Fifty bucks if you're willng to wait for RockAuto, $129 at O'Reilly if you're not. And about 1/2 hour under the car. It's a 5-speed, so they could even bump-start it to put it on ramps!

That's pretty cool. You can tell by how clean the place is that the guy has spent a lot of money over the years on maintenance. I wonder how many cars are in that interior/drive-in bay (the "shed" opening). It would be cool as hell to get a look inside that place.

We have a 2002 Saturn SL2 for sale. It is not running the engine is blown, the compression is gone. Would be a great part car or if you need body parts, or put a new engine in and go! Please email for more info or more pics. Thank You!
Of course, it doesn't list the actual mileage on the car, but overall it looks clean!

$400 running "white pearl" '94 Saturn... could be an HCE.

If I had money and a place to put it (and the huevos to take my 5-speed out of the coupe and refit it to the sedan) I would, buuut...
