The only question to ask then would be whether the fuel pressure is still fluctuating wildly? And what pressure is being displayed? My apology if this is distracting anyone.

I don't know about the current state of the fuel pressure when idling. Now let me throw you a new curve ball. Today my check engine light suddenly turned off. For most of the day, the engine ran like new. Then, the check engine light came back on, this time bringing more bad news than before. The system is too rich still, the MAP sensor is throwing a DTC again, and there is now a random misfire. What should I do now?

More info is needed such as a fuel pressure check and compression test.
