Question 01 SC1 No heat after replacing most parts

So i bought this 01 SC1 Saturn a month ago, i have had good luck replacing most stuff it needed to be on the road and drive perfect. Now i came into a problem while its getting colder out in this MN weather. I have no heat or if i do have heat i cant notice.

I replaced the thermostat, blower fan and the air control.
last week i did a reverse heater core flush and also flushed it the way it runs through the heater as well. I did not have much stuff come out of the core but it flows great.
When i touch the lines for the core after i get it to the operating temp both outlet and inlet are nice and toast, but still no heat on the inside.

What can i do a bout this? Please and Thank you

With all that you've done, the problem is most likely in the controls or the flaps.

Your 2001 SC1 uses a rotary dial with blue and red markings to control the temp. If you pull out that section, you will see that it moves a cable. Those cables control a flap near the heater core that controls how much hot air is being moved by the fan.

On my car, the loop at the end of the cable had been disconnected from the "cone" connected to the dial, so moving the dial did nothing. The cable could also be disconnected at the flap end, too, or there may be a problem with the flap.

Follow these directions for removing the radio (note you can skip several of the steps). After removing the radio, you can inspect the HVAC control inside, to see if the cables are attached at the control end. If they are, you will need to open up the passenger footwell area to look at the flap
