Dizzy dragging brakes

hi all,i have a brake issue. my left front caliper is dragging after replacement i tried bleeding the system and fluid was not coming out until i put a vaccum i thought i got it fixed but then the i saw smoke coming from the left front wheel there is no leaks in the system and i am leaning toward replacing the master cylinder
