Last week I replaced the rear left turn signal light bulb.

Today, and the day before yesterday, and the day before that, and the day before that, I've been trying to remove the center console. It still doesn't want to come off.
But I just have to keep trying.

Finally freed the console enough to put my arm in there and removed the Performance switch I was after.
Next: testing the Performance switch.

A lot accomplished today. Put back the Performance switch and all the pieces that I had removed, except the two screws at the front of the console.
Then vacuumed the interior and washed it.
It needs a coat of wax, but that will have to wait a few days.

I put some fresh oil, and a filter in it, poured the oil all over the valve train, and timing chain, before putting the valve cover back on, cleaning some dirt off the engine, and putting everything else back together. I was hoping there would be no more issues after/as a result of changing the head gasket. It started... as easily as ever, moves under its own power, runs well, but I noticed a noise that sounds like a bolt bouncing around in, or on the engine, stopping for a few seconds, and bouncing around again... more investigations tomorrow....

Odometer bulb was out when I got the car, figured if I gotta get the cluster out, might as well upgrade to LED's. Also had some M6x1x25mm allen head bolts already purchased, so I took care of my steering column wobble while I was at it. 3 tabs broke pulling the dashboard off, so I grabbed the dashboard from my old car and put that in instead. Kinda nice having a parts car lying around!
