2007 Outlook XR
Default XM radio

I just got a call from the satellite radio rep. He was selling three extra months of service for the same price as one regular monthly payment. Are the companies providing satellite radio having trouble getting people to stay on, or do you think they are just being "nice" to the newbie?

logbite, you can get a full year of XM (as many of us have) for just $77 per year. Search the threads for instructions.

Default Re: XM radio

I got a postcard in from XM with the three month for one offer or one year at half price. This was for a car that I had let XM expire. I also found the info on this site on how to get one year for half price.

I've been looking for the half price info - can you tell me where to look, please?

Apparently you just call them up and ask for the $77 renewal offer and they do it. I think I might try it, although I still think paying for radio is not for me, I'd rather just listen to my iPod.
