Default bose sound system

I am thinking of installing a bose 6 cd system in the vue. it doesnt come in any upgrades but does in the L300 and other GM vehicles. So I should be able to get it to work in my vue right? I am not a huge audio guy, but my factory "upgraded" sound system is really taking a poo. it skips, defaults and errors a lot.

Some "Bose" radios do not transmit an amplified signal out to their amps, they output a low level signal to improve sound quality.

What this means to you is you might not get much sound out of it if you do this. I would just get a nice aftermarket radio and save yourself the hassle. A nice Kenwood radio and Kenwood 6.5s all around will sound very very nice to the average driver.
