Before photo below, also a good idea to clean off the surface and mounting points with a wire wheel prior to reinstalling. I used a Dremel with a small rotary and cup shaped brush to do so.

Whoops, meant cylinder head.

We still have emissions here, so I didn't want to deal with the CEL issue which I've encountered before with a freer flowing exhaust, so pretty much stock on this one.
It's the one from team2fast from Germany. It has a 200 sport cat in it. Hopefully it will fit right.

The other one you are referring to is from John Ashley's and that's nice too but no figures on HP improvement. It's a catless manifold but he suggested to weld a cat after the flex pipe.

Well, good luck. Be sure to post up some pics when installed, it will no doubt look sweet!

I got the manifold! They dispatch it fast! It seems like a good quality product.

I'll see if I can put it this week. Probably will start another thread as to not hijack yours. Should do a tuning thread since this is what I'm after with my Astra.

It was $522, but out of which 90 bucks were for expediting it to the US, otherwise it would have taken a few weeks. Got it here in 4 days.
