Default Block fitting for 2002 l300

Does anyone know if there is a different name for the block fitting? Couple mechanics are saying it's a water outlet housing. But I can't find either. Does anyone have an idea of where I can find one?

You can try every GM dealer or online distributor to see if this part is available or discontinued. Then try ebay using the same terms, coolant fitting (GM nomenclature) or coolant outlet housing. Another source are online salvage places or local salvage yards. If you insist on new, Europe may have it but expect to pay import taxes and other fees.
