Default Oil drain plug gasket

Is there supposed to be a gasket on the oil drain plug? (93 SL2) If so, does anyone know a good source for a replacement? Thanks.

At the dealwership, they're under ten dollars and I'm quite sure it'll be an upgrade to you 93.. the rubber is thicker and gives a better seal. I don't know what autozone has but for 5$ can. I'm completely satisfied with the one i got.

Advance Auto parts had them in a blister pack. I forget the price, but probably well under a dollar each.

Sounds good - anything will be better than nothing... not that it's ever leaked that badly, I'll have to say.

Yes. You can get them from your Saturn retailer parts department. I think they cost like $1 including sales tax.
